My happy ever after

I am now happily married with Hermia and all is well. I'm not sure how Helena and Demetrious are, for they have moved to Verona and away from our homeland. Hermia and I send our greatest thank you's to Theseus and Hippolyta for the outstanding group wedding they held for us, but as for the play, it was pourly preformed but was a good chuckle!  Our future plans are to maintain a
house hold and have 7 children. Hermia wants to name her first born daughter Helena, to show her and Helena's strong friendship. I am considering now on whether or not to name my first born son Demetrious. Hermia and her father are also in good ties after her disobeyment.

The character I chose for this assingment was Lysander. Lysander is a young lad who falls in love with a girl named Hermia and plans to run away to her aunt's land. Where they plan to  marry .By doing so, it will save her from the marrige arranged for her by her father to Demetrious. Once they escape, Lysander gets Cupid's love potion put in his eyes and falls in love with the first thing he saw, which so happened to be a lady friend of Hermia's who was walking in the woodland named Helena. Demetrious is informed of Hermia's disappearnce and goes into the the forrest in search of her. He gets potioned aswell to fall in love with the first thing he see's which also was Helena. Demetrious and Lysander then plan to dual to death to prove their love for Helena. Oberon hears of the dual arrangements and orders puck to take the potion out of Lysander's eyes to fall back in love with Hermia and the two couples along with Theseus and Hippolyta all get married.

Who would you choose? Demetrious or I
  • Demetrious                                                                          28%
  • Lysander                                                                              62%
  • Neither                                                                                  10%
While walking in the forest, Hermia, Helena, Demetruis and I all crossed paths and had a heated argument on who's heart shall lie where. Hermiawas rather mad at me for leaving her to sleep alone in the forest but i simply wasn't in love with that ugly beast any longer, my heart has found its true path with Helena. Hermia is just down right jealous. This is the perfect chance for Demetruis to take home his ugly mug and marry her, just as her father wished but Hermia will not take part in that, for whatever reason. My dear Helena thinks that were all in on a joke against her but I would never do such a cruel thing to a lady. Demetrius and I got in a conformation which actually lead up to us getting ready to fight, although, him being the coward that he is, was taunting me in any echoish voice and then wouldn't present himself. We continued to argue until Theseus and Egeus stumbled upon us. We then pleaded our cases to them and Egeus thought we should just be punished. Theusus didn't think so a told us how lucky we were to meet. He asked us to follow him to Athens to get married with him and Hypolita at a temple.

It was nearly nine thirty when Hermia finally desides to show up at the old oak tree.We had walked for miles and I do admit I got a us just a little bit lost. It was only because night fell early and I lost my sense of direction in the dark. However it wasn't a big deal, I told Hermia we must find a place to make camp and we can start fresh in the morning. I tried to sleep beside her but she would not take part in any of that. So we had to sleep separated, we said our goodnights and then I awoke to beautiful Helena walking oh so lonley in the forrest. Thats when it all made sense to me, almost as if it was magic of some sort. Why was I wasteing my presious time on Hermia when I could devote my heart and soul to the magnifisent Helena? The trouble now is how am I ever going to get rid of  that piece of rubbish, Hermia and get Helena to stop loving Demetrius and take my hand in marrage? Why does everything have to be so complicating?....

Recently, my love for Hermia has been ashtonishing. Everything is nearly perfect, she loves me, i love here, but there are two things that stand in the way of our total happiness and that would be that horrible excuse for man, Demetrius and Hermia's own father. You see, Hermia has her marrige arranged and is expected by her father to marry the man he chose for her, however she has falling in love with me and I have her. Today, Hermia's father, Demeitrious and I all had a confrontation with the king. The master ruleing was that if Hermia didn't follow the instructions of her father she would have to become a nun or be put to death. Hermia and I came to an agreement that our love for one another is too strong and that we must run away together, to my aunts farm house, where we can live free from the rules of Verona. We're obligated to meet in the forrest at nine o'clock tonight.
